John Hartwell McGilliard
John graduated, cum laude, from Albion College. He received his Juris Doctor from the State University of New York, School of Law in 1976. John practices exclusively in Family Law including dissolution of marriage, custody, legal separation, paternity, modifications, contempt proceedings, domestic violence, meretricious relationships, and non-traditional partners. He emphasizes Family Law litigation with complex parenting and financial issues. He is a Qualified Collaborative Professional/Attorney.

John has been married for 32 years and has two children who are twins.
