Mark L. Yelish
Mark received his undergraduate Degree from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire. He received his law degree from the University of Puget Sound School of Law in 1979. He has focused his practice on Family Law and Criminal Law. In the area of Criminal Law Mark actively represents people accused of all levels of crimes from capital murder to misdemeanor offenses. He provides representation in all areas of Family Law.
Admissions: Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, United States District Court of Western Washington, and the State of Washington Supreme Court.
Professional Memberships and Recognitions: Member of Washington State Bar Association and committee member. Member and past President of Kitsap County Bar Association. Past chair of KCBA Criminal Law Practice and Procedure Committee and Family Law Section. AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell. Designated "Super Lawyer" by Washington Law and Politics magazine.
Community Service and Personal Interests: Mark has spoken at attorney education seminars on a wide range of topics including the use of expert witnesses, trial advocacy, rules of evidence, and criminal and civil procedure.
Mark's interests include skiing, sailing and scuba diving.
